Hello. My main account was hacked and the email was changed. I am trying to contact live support but the EA Help Bot keeps looping and does not show the Chat button. Can a community manager please help me or open a case for me?
same here how do you recover your accont? i cant change principal email so i cant receipt ea emails for suport!!! please someone can help???

Sorry to hear someone else had gotten into your account. Can you try using this web form to contact live support instead? Once you're redirected to the self-service page, there should be an option to chat with an advisor near the bottom of that page.
Once you recover the account, please be sure to go through as many of these security steps as possible to further secure the account. It might be worth going through the security steps recommended by your email provider and any linked platform accounts as well.
