Help!!

So I have been trying to purchase the pack of ‘cats and dogs’ for months and I’ve asked my bank for new cards because I thought it was an issue with that, I got a new card, activated it, called in today to ask what was wrong and told me nothing was wrong, so I contacted EA they didn’t help me much, they just told me to go back to the bank and again ask them what’s wrong, what do I do? How can I fix this?
