Hi all, a good friend of mine has received a ban, and he has no idea why & not received an email telling him why he has appealed against this & just purchased Battlefield 2042 & unable to now play. Any advice/help appreciated.

Thanks for the assistance, but reading that still does not answer the question of why he received the ban in the first place & also why he did not get an email regarding this. He has played several of the Battlefield games in the past without issue. He has also had a copy of his data, which still does not show the reason for a ban.
