Im not sure what exactly happened but it says I have to wait a whole year to relink my EA account to my psn, is there anyway someone from EA can do something? Im basically unable to play battlefield or other EA titles due to this.

Unfortunately, if you have unlinked an account and are seeing that message, then you will not be able to link a new account till that time passes.
I know it's frustrating and not what you wanted to hear but it's not something that we can assist with.
What I can do is pass your feedback on to the team about how this works.
