How can i get a redemption code for my child's account?

I am wondering how to get a Sims 4 redemption code for my daughter so she can download the game on her PC laptop. I have tried contacting support, as is the solution given on this forum. This howeve...

    Hi MartinBKV​, 

    Since The Sims 4 is now a free-to-play game, you should be able to add it from the Store. If this option is not available to you, if you contact EA Help Support, they should be able to add the game to her account.
