VHS-FridgeKid Ah OK. If it's a ban then there's very little that EA Help can do, as they don't handle bans. If you appealed it with EA's ToS team already (https://help.ea.com/en/articles/security-and-rules/locked-banned-suspended-accounts/), then they will email you with the outcome, and you should be able to see that staus in "My Cases" or the ban history.

sorry for the late reply I totally forgot that I have made a Post in here.
My Problem is that I try to reach someone to help me with my Banned Apex Account.
I have tried to to contact them multiple times because I was banned for no reason.
I never gotten anykind of help, solution or at least an answer.I always tried through the Custumer Support & the Help Center. Everything I got was a confirmation that they got my Case/Ticket application but I never got any further Help or an answer.

Hi VHS-FridgeKid,
You should be able to contact them using the options at help.ea.com. Depending on the issue, you should be given the option to either open an email case or a live chat.
What is the problem you're trying to get help with and what happens when you try to use the help site?
