How do I get a none chatbot replay in the ea support chat?

I am trying to use the EA support chat, but I only get template responses. I asked get asked for an email I have already provided in that chat.

I think I was banned for having reWASD installed and the only exploit I know of with reWASD is to bind to a virtual controller for ximming. I don’t think I ever used a controller with the game, so it should be an easy unban.

I don’t know how to send such a ban appeal to EA and have a human that understands it act on it.

    I am just wondering if having reWASD installed and not cheating in game is a banable offense. Also my penalty history is empty. And submitting a webform, only redirects to penalty history.
