How do I speak to an actual person?

Hi there, I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble reaching out to EA Help. 

Based on the screenshot you've shared, it seems like you're being routed to dispute a ban on the EA account. In order to reach out to EA Help and speak to an advisor, you need to inform the chat bot that you do not have access to the EA account and that you need help regaining access. If you mention that the account is banned, you will be redirected to the penalty history tool, where you can submit an appeal to the Terms of Service team.
