How to change EA account email?

how to unlink mail in the EA application if I do not have access to this mail and generally do not have such mail (CM: Edited to add more context to thread title)

    Hi P14enk1​, 

    You'll need our support team's help to recover access to the EA account. From there, you'll be able to update the account information. 

    Click on this link and scroll down to Still need help. Can you see the live chat option?
