How to contact Ea about a refund request

I ordered the new expansion pack and had to cancel it . The debit card i used is no longer good i had to cancel it and get a new card . I added my husbands card in my account wallet and deleted the o...

If the new card is associated with the account Suzieq1965 then you should be good to go.

If there is an issue at launch with payment then let us know.
