I'd LOVE to be able to just send an email, or just get confirmation that I've submitted a help request? Something? ANYTHING? I can't even get the option to join the que for the live chat, no confirmation that my help request has been submitted, there's NOTHING showing in my cases-
Honestly, right now I'm really glad the only EA game I play is Sims, and I typically only drop serious cash on Sims once every three-five years. At this rate, my last purchase will literally be my last purchase if I can't get in contact with someone. This is absolutely ridiculous.
