How to unlink a disable ea account from PlayStation.

Hello, so a couple years ago, my ea account got hacked and the hacker violated the user agreement and that account was connected to my PlayStation account. I’m unable to go on there and unlink it from PlayStation because it’s disabled. And I got offered early access to the Battlefield 6 open beta 5 days ago and I can’t play it currently because of my situation. And I really don’t want to make a new account. It also takes awhile for ea support to reach out to me. help?!?!

    It is pretty wild that EA Games has not created an easy to access form that players can fill out with their PSN ID, their old email/ EA account address and get their old EA accounts deleted/ untethered. You would think this is something they would have leveraged AI to do, but noooooooo!!!

    This system is completely ridiculous and makes no sense. I changed the email tied to my PSN account and when I tried to relink TO THE SAME PSN ACCOUNT I'm told that I can't link a different account. This "security" system helps literally no one.

    The fact that they made this so robust but they can't release a proper functioning game on launch is WILD

    EA Games support is absolute TRASH. I don't even want to play BF6 or give their horrible company any time or attention. Just had the worst experience of my life dealing with some support rep named Joyce. Waited in queue for hours to unlink or delete an old EA account tethered to my PSN account so I can get my early access on and the lady asks me countless security questions that I never set up or had any involvement in configuring then says she can't help me because my address didn't match. SHe asked me for my credit card info, asked me for last purchases made on that account from over 10 years ago!!! Then forces me back into the queue, but this is where it gets even better. I resubmit the same ticket and now guess what? Advisors/ Support live chat does not handle account deletion requests anymore!! ABSOLUTE CIRCUS, I COULD RUN A BETTER SUPPORT DESK BY MYSELF
