how to unlink my lost ea acc on steam

last year my ea acc steald and i cant get my account but i need to play a game that needs ea play but when i need to try to log in it says "Your accounts can’t be linked because your Steam account bachithe already linked to your EA Account for va*****@rambler.ru. An EA Account can only be linked to one Steam account in its lifetime." so i cant play how to unlink?
