I can't ask for a refund
Yesterday while I was sleeping my son made a purchase in a game without my authorization and I want a refund but I can't contact support

Hey sayext,
What platform was the purchase made on? For refunds, you'll need to reach out to the retailer where the purchase was made. If it was made via the EA app you can reach out to our live support team, but otherwise try the retailer's respective support.
If you just google "ea refunds" and you should see the page that says
