Hello!
I've recovered my account, and did the steps that allow me to dispute my ban. However, they don't seem to work for me and a case isn't created.
I need to speak to an actual person to solve my issue, because the current system does not work for me at least.
Do you know of a way to directly contact someone from the team? it can't be through the "case system" because it doesn't work
There is no direct way of talking to someone from the support team. Your only way of communication is by EA Help (using the chat or email option).

Okay then what solution do you propose that I do? Both of these options don't work for me, because the cases system doesn't work and EA chat tells me to create a case.
Here's a screenshot of my cases being empty after creating more than one over 2 months.
