i can't link my ea account
I bought a used Xbox, and it still has the EA account of the previous owner linked to it. I would like to add my own EA account instead. How can I remove the previous owner's account and link mine?

Hi there,
If you recently bought an Xbox and still have the previous owner's account logged in. I'd suggest that you factory reset the Xbox and create your own account.
