I changed my linked account

I am aware that progress is deleting when unlinking EA account but the progress should be on Steam and steam only

I've moved your post to the right language forum - please always pay attention what language forum you're in before posting.

Progress is linked to the EA account, not the platform account. So if you have a game on Steam, but unlink the Steam account to link it to another EA account, the progress stays on the EA account.

In order to get that back, you will have to relink the Steam account with the first EA account. If you cannot do that yourself, the EA Support should be able to help.

I dont see something such as EA support where i can contact staff.. 

You have to create a case. You should then be able to contact Support either through E-Mail or a Live Chat.
