I have Winter Olympic Fever and demand a good Winter Olympic game :)

I understand these types of games do not sell well but I think the main error is trying to tie it directly to whenever or wherever the Olympic games are being held in that particular year. Obviously, such a product becomes dated almost soon as it is produced. Simply make a generic winter game with a lot of the classic events like the old Epyx Winter games. By not tying it into a specific venue or Olympics you don’t need licensing. Just need generic women and men characters, don’t need to be so customizable. Make it online so that you can compete against people either in a friend group or community. Put all the effort into the events themselves: Downhill, Super G, Slalom, Bobsled, Luge, Biathlon, Speed Skating, Ski Jump, Aerials, Snow Cross, Half Pipe, Figure skating, curling, cross country skiing.  Again, just be generic with the mountains, locations, keep the country representations award medals and keep records. Guarantee people will gravitate to a solid product that is event centric. The drone shots from the downhill should serve as evidence how to produce some of the portions.  People (me) want one of these games! :) Thank you in advance for your time and attention in this matter.
