No Recognized Device or access to my email.
Ive talked to almost 10 different advisors now, each coming to the same response longer or shorter doesn't matter same **bleep** response one of them even asked me the verification questions just to say "look for a pop up". Well i wouldn't be talking to you if that worked. How do you expect me to have the recognized device from 10 years ago. I have been playing on the account because its linked to my Xbox account (cant even unlink if i wanted to anyways BECAUSE I DON'T HAVE ACCESS TO THE EMAIL) ive made played recently and even have made purchases in my name but nope nobody can go in or do anything for that matter, EXCEPT tell me to wait for a pop up that "should" appear... thanks. The account has only ever had one IP playing on it, I can answer any security or verification question that is asked but not one person does a single thing. However, what is another player to the multi million dollar company anyway?Solved39Views0likes5CommentsPlease bring Back Army of Two
As a longtime EA player and military veteran, I want to raise something that I believe represents a real opportunity in today’s market: the return of the Army of Two franchise. Back in the day, this series delivered something that still feels rare even now — a true two-man tactical co-op experience that was built from the ground up for teamwork. The aggro system, partner mechanics, back-to-back moments, and coordinated breaching created a style of gameplay that few modern shooters have successfully replicated. Speaking personally, this game had real staying power in the barracks. It wasn’t just another shooter — it was a bonding experience. And judging by ongoing community discussions across forums, Reddit, and social media, there is still strong nostalgia and demand for this type of focused co-op experience. Why this makes sense now: The market is heavily saturated with PvP and live-service shooters Players are showing renewed interest in tight co-op experiences There are very few modern military co-op shooters built specifically for two-player teamwork Recent co-op successes in the industry suggest the audience is still there What many of us would love to see: A modern remake or reboot of Army of Two Preserved core co-op mechanics (aggro system especially) Cross-play online co-op Couch co-op support (still highly valued) Modern graphics and gunplay polish Optional live-service elements — but not at the expense of the core co-op identity I understand business realities and that reviving a franchise requires strong justification. But from a player perspective, the two-player tactical co-op lane feels underserved right now, and Army of Two is uniquely positioned to fill that gap. If others in the community feel the same way, I’d encourage you to share your thoughts. Constructive feedback and visible interest can help highlight opportunities worth revisiting. I’m posting here out of frustration after exhausting all available support options with EA. I recently had an issue where my Steam account was accidentally linked to the wrong EA account . This only happened because my primary EA account had been hacked at the time. That account has since been fully recovered, and now I’m simply trying to restore things back to how they were originally—by unlinking the incorrect account and relinking the correct one. Unfortunately, EA Live Chat support has told me there is absolutely nothing they can do due to a strict 6-month unlinking restriction. Even more frustrating, they stated they don’t have the authority to escalate or override this policy. So essentially, there is no administrative path to resolve what is clearly an accidental situation. What makes this worse is that there was no clear warning during the linking process indicating that this action would lock the account for six months. If that had been clearly communicated, I would have never proceeded. It’s hard to understand how a company of EA’s size can have no mechanism for administrative intervention in cases like this, especially when account security issues (like hacking) are involved. Policies like this don’t just create inconvenience; they damage trust and push customers away. Has anyone else run into this issue? Were you able to find any workaround or escalation path? If not, I really think EA needs to take a serious look at this policy and the lack of support flexibility behind it. At the very least, there should be: A clear warning before linking accounts about the 6-month restriction. An escalation path for verified cases involving compromised accounts. Administrative support capable of resolving edge cases like this. Right now, it feels like customers are left completely stuck with no real support, which is honestly unacceptable.Solved61Views0likes2Comments6 Month Wait to Relink Account
I have paid for a lot of DLC for the sims 4 on steam. recently I created a family account on steam so my daughter could play games too. I didn't know that EA was even more greedy than I initially thought and that they have blocked any kind of family sharing in the hopes that you buy everything more than once. I accidently linked my daughters steam profile to my ea account not realizing that all my DCL would be blocked. now after spending days with "support" who cant actually do anything and just keep saying "try to understand" over and over I am told to wait 6 month to access content that I HAVE PAID FOR.Solved96Views0likes7CommentsMore couch co-op games please!🙏
I recently played split fiction with my wife and It takes 2 and it was an absolute blast! EA reallly needs to invest in more couch co-op games like these, including perhaps first person shooters. I’ve been searching for more couch co-op and there’s so few, previously I didn’t really play these types of games as I had no one to really play with, and I’m thinking there must be quite a number of people who initially gamed alone but are now no longer alone and would love to connect with their partners through gaming. It’s very expensive to have two separate gaming set ups to enjoy other multiplayer games as opposed to one console with two controllers, I’d ask EA to consider expanding their selection for couch co-op other genres like Star Wars, battlefield or perhaps Lord of the rings. Or even a new game franchise, There’s definitely a market for it.34Views0likes1Comment
