I just want a feedback
So i got banned in apex for no reason and had to submit an appeal. And it‘s been a while since i did it yet i haven’t received any bit of feedback from EA. Not an email explaining if they have received my appeal or why they banned my account. I looked for reply in “my case” yet it just said “new”. So what on earth does new mean? Is it being processed or done? I have no idea.
