I lost all my Ea cloud data

I opened nfs22 on May 10th and found that my cloud data was lost and I didn't have any game progress

I contacted EA customer service.But they didn't solve any problems.Since I rarely play the NFS series, I don't care. (At the same time, I lost the cloud of two games NFS21 & 22)

Today I opened bfv. It has no cloud data I need to start from scratch.

So far I have lost the cloud progress of the three games nfs21, nfs22, and bfv.

I also have pvz,nfs18，nfs19，nfs20，Will I lose all my EA data?

    I contacted the game support twice but all they said was sorry.🙂So the players' efforts are not worth mentioning? As an online game, even the cloud progress is not good, and the game quality is so bad.Don't you feel guilty?
