I lost all my sims packs after a few years.

in 2015 I bought disk packs of the sims 4 that I had to redeem with a product key. now I can't find them in my account anymore, I haven't played since a few years and everything has moved to EA app so I don't know if that messed up something in the process either.

    If you're logging in to your EA account on the EA app and cannot see your previously purchased games, it's very likely that you're logged in to a different account. The EA Help Support team should be able to assist you in finding the correct account. I suggest that you contact them via Chat for further assistance.
