I need help with my account linking issue.

I have an issue with my Steam account being linked to the wrong EA account.Previously, my friend used my Steam account and linked it to his EA account. At that time it wasn’t a problem, but now I no longer have contact with him and I don’t have access to his EA account or email anymore.Currently, I want to link my Steam account to my own EA account, but I can’t do that because it is still connected to my friend’s account.
I have full access to my Steam account and its email, and I can provide any necessary proof of ownership.Is there any way to unlink my Steam account from the old EA account so I can connect it to my own. This situation is blocking me from accessing EA games properly, so I would really appreciate any assistance.

Unfortunately the only way to unlink anything from an EA account is through the EA account itself. The only recommendations I have are to either reach out to them and ask them to unlink your Steam, or to make a new Steam account and use that for EA games. There's no way to unlink a Steam account from the Steam side.
