As the title said, I'm trying to delete the ea account.
First off, I don't have any games. The EA account was almost hacked but i managed to change my password in time. I might as well delete it since I'm not using it. I had tried your chat things but it doesn't work. See attached pic.
Also the submit button on https://help.ea.com/en/customer-care/ doesn't work.
Just delete my EA account. I don't even use it.
Community ManagerHey there. I'm sorry to say, we're not able to delete accounts over the EA Forums. You'll need to contact an advisor. I can see you're having some trouble with that. Can you try a different browser? You could also try using a private/incognito browser.
Did you also see the instructions here for deleting accounts?
None of those worked for me.
