Incorrect SBC Reward Received

Dear EA Support,

I would like to report a potential bug regarding an SBC reward in EA SPORTS FC 26 Ultimate Team.

On 14 June 2026, I completed the "93+ UEFA Winners & TOTS Pick" SBC and submitted all the required squads successfully. However, after completing the SBC, I did not receive the advertised reward.

Instead of receiving the "93+ UEFA Winners & TOTS Pick", I was granted a "91+ TOTS Summer Nations or UEFA Winners" Player Pick. This reward is different from the SBC description and appears to be incorrect.

I believe there may be an issue with the reward allocation for this SBC. Could you please investigate my account and verify whether the correct reward can be restored or compensated?
