Fc Mobile luck or rigged against me
Ea, help me, man. During the World Cup game, I opened 10 packs and got 2 118-rated players. Both of them together are worth 7 k shards. Okay, now during the Ballon d'Or event, I opened 40 packs, okay. I saved up 120k gems for the past 3 months. And altogether, the worth of the 40 packs I got was less than 7k. All of them were less than 120 rated cards. Ea I saved up for the past three months waiting for this event. And its all wasted on less than 7 k shards. Help me. I dont want to waste all my resources again wasted on players less than 120 rated players. Ps don't tell me it's bad pack luck
Tired of the cheating
Look ea if you aren't going to punish cheating and you are going to let your game be ruined by cheats then just give me my money back. About 160$ since launch for every season pass I've paid for. Im done. Tired of not even finding enjoyment In the game while im drunk cuz people just use aimbot and get away with it. The sooner you provide this the sooner I can uninstall you Game. You've become just as bad as call of duty and its sad. I trusted you. You falsely advertised what you would do and didnt uphold it. Waste of my time. I trusted you.
Secure Boot asking for refund .
Good morning. I am writing because, due to the changes you made to the game, I am no longer able to play; my computer locks up because of the new Secure Boot requirements you introduced. The product I purchased from you was not cheap, and I would like to request a refund. As a consumer, I have this right because the product was altered after my purchase—half the content I paid for was removed, and the changes make it completely impossible for me to play the game I bought. After applying your recommended settings, my computer freezes and an error appears, making it very difficult to revert to factory settings.FC 27 Chairman Mode
Hello EA and FC community, first of all thank you for your efforts. I am a football fan who has been enjoying playing EA FC for a long time. Career Mode is especially the most important game mode for me. Among the rumors and leaks about the upcoming FC 27, the possibility of a Chairman Mode (Owner Mode) is what excites me the most. I have a few questions about this: Is it planned to add a “Chairman Mode” to FC 27 Career Mode, or is this purely a community rumor? If it is added, what kind of authority will we have as players in this mode—will we have full control over club finances, sponsorships, stadium management, youth development, and hiring managers? Is there any officially confirmed information or timeline from EA regarding the development of this mode? I believe this feature would bring a completely new level of strategy and depth to the game, and I would be very happy if any official statement or hint could be shared on this topic. Thank you in advance and best regards.
EA Support is a waste of time
All of EA support consist of AI bots and no live support at all no matter how long you have to wait or request any "real" EA assistance. It's a wasted of time even trying to ask for any help from EA, bcause their are all money hungry pigs and dont care for your thoughs, the reason anyone cant upadate or fix their account is because EA want to controle your account and keep all your datas and info, probaly selling off everyone's data info too. I wouldnt count on trying to get anything back from EA because they will just send AI bots to resolve everything, also did anyone got hacked well good news EA dont care! I dont think they will even personally read this too I bet. [CM edit - CAPS and profanity]
EA NextStep, a step back
I am starting to think that they know what they are doing, seeing that the forum was the only resource that popped up when I was researching a problem I was pleasantly surprised to see a "contact us" button at the bottom of the support page. Now I was fully expecting an AI assistant, at least before speaking with support staff or having a ticket created, but what EA has created is well beyond any other assistant I have ever had the displeasure of navigating. Every single prompt from EA NextStep comes with little to no regard of the information you entered into the window previously. Beyond stating your name multiple times be prepared to state your problem, game, and system multiple times in repeat. And for those of you as gullible as me, hoping, praying to at least have an actual ticket created and maybe get a chance to have another person review your problem, let me save you the effort. At the end of each session with EA NextStep it will prompt you to the EA "Self Help" guide where the AI chose an article for you to read and hopefully fix the problem yourself, the only problem, it doesn't actually listen to your problem. I was trying to solve the random EA app failure on PC and beyond having to give it all of the important information multiple times, I was offered a generic "game help" article, a "login help" article, and a "connectivity troubleshooting" article, none of which actually addressed the problem or the fact that I had attempted many of the steps those articles were suggesting before trying to find more help. If anyone has a solution to the EA app bug, I would be very appreciative, but I will not hold my breath on EA finding the solution, as the multitude of threads on and off of this site complaining about the exact issue I was having, and the EA proposed solution, if all else fails, factory reset, and the EA app and EA games are just not worth that effort.
