Merhaba, EA hesabım başkası tarafından ele geçirildi. Hesabıma tanımlı olan mail adresim değiştirilerek ele geçirilen kişiye ait mail hesabı tanımlanmış ve doğrulamayı gerçekleştirmiş. Hesabıma, telefon numaram tanımlı olduğu için numara ile giriş yapabildim. Ancak tanımlı olan maili değiştirmek istediğimde "Talebinizi yerine getiremiyoruz. E-posta adresiniz geçersiz olabilir veya yakın zamanda güncellemiş olabilirsiniz." uyarısını almaktayım. Hello Recently, my EA account and the email address linked to it were stolen and the passwords were changed. Now I can't log into any games. When I contact support to recover my account, they keep giving me the same answers and offering no solutions. I answer all their questions correctly, but they say they can't prove the account belongs to me. Their only reason is that my date of birth is incorrect. I don't even know when I created the account, so I randomly entered my date of birth, making it impossible for me to remember. I'm doing everything else, but still no solution is offered. Please help, I'm about to lose my mind. I have all the invoices for the games I bought and all the linked accounts. Hello, I just purchased Dragon Age II: Ultimate Edition on the EA App and I would like to request a refund. However, it is simply unbelievable that your refund tool has been broken — my refund request keeps getting stuck on the final step and just keeps loading endlessly. On top of that, the report form does not even list Dragon Age II as an option, so I had no choice but to select Dragon Age: Inquisition instead. After writing the entire request carefully, I was then told that customer service does not handle this issue. I changed the issue category to “Purchase Problem” and submitted another case. The system showed me a page with a new case number and said that an advisor would contact me. However, when I check the “My Cases” section in my EA account, there is no new case at all — only my older, already-closed cases appear. So I’m not sure whether my new case was actually submitted. I’ve already tried several different VPNs, and it still gets stuck on the submission step. Every other website and service works perfectly fine for me — it’s only your refund tool that doesn’t work. The program won’t allow a refund, customer support is unreachable, the Dragon Age forums have no moderators responding, and the ticket I submitted doesn’t even appear in my case history, which means no one has contacted me to this day. So what am I supposed to do to get my refund? How can I request a refund for a game that your system won’t allow me to select, and a refund tool that won’t even submit the request? For reference: the actual game I need a refund for is Dragon Age II: Ultimate Edition, Order #1008226783083. I am fully eligible for a refund. Please help me complete this refund.
