The EA PC app is still broken after 3 years
Seeing others comment on this and having run into it for the first time, the EA app is a buggy piece of trash on a good day, but today takes the cake. Tried playing Jedi Survivor, no issues until game crashes, send report and try to reopen, EA app refuses to open. I have a game that I didn't purchase on an EA platform, dependant on an app that doesn't work, and I cant even talk directly to support stagf because EA doesn't recognize that I own the game that they won't let me play. Look to old forum posts, and google around. Not one case solved by EA, suggesting that factory resetting your computer is the final troubleshooting option to make their broken app maybe work. The state of the gaming industry today is truely sad. From being EA, its in the game, to this, destroys any good memories I had playing any of your games, and the nostolgia you are hoping keeps us buying your dying properties fades more every day.0Views0likes0CommentsEA supports scripts and pay to win users
So EA, do you have any kind of grudge against me? I play this stupid game of yours to relax but this game is making me a psycho. I was 8 stars in H2H and now I lost 5 games in a row to 116 and 117 ovr players. Whatever I shoots hits the post or my player slips, this happened in every game. My defender stays when the ball goes through. My network is so **bleep** good too and still I struggle with lags. My oppo has red networks and he scores a lot whereas mine is green and I'm getting the WiFi symbol. My players can't dribble, I'm sorry lemme correct it, my players won't dribble or pass the ball. My pack luck is so bad I keep getting the same players over and over again and I'm not complaining about that, it's fine, you give Mbappe and Gullit to pay to win users I can't be bothered. Your support is so bad we won't get a reply for any complaints raised. See I hope you reply to this, if you have any problems with me, let me know I'll delete the game and erase my account. It's fine for me. I'm speaking on behalf of all Free to play users and users who try to relax. But you won't let us.18Views0likes0CommentsCensorship issues and solutions to account ownership issues.
I don't have access to my old email. The account is over 10 years old. | EA Forums - 13122218 Hi guys! I'd like to raise a potential issue that's clearly present in EA product support. I'll use my example as an example. I'm not insulting anyone; I'm being constructive in this dialogue. My goal isn't to violate the forum rules, but rather to adhere to them. I came here because EA previously suggested I resolve the issue through the forum if I can't resolve the issue with EA products using the native tools. I've been a user of EA products for over 13 years. An old and loyal friend of EA. One fine day, EA introduced a rule requiring email verification by sending a code. This hadn't happened in 13 years, and I would have been caught off guard. Since I registered over 10 years ago, my email address has naturally changed, and I don't remember the information I provided. EA's CHAT tools ask me to answer 8 questions, which they believe confirm account ownership. But somehow, the chat keeps telling me there are discrepancies, and I don't know the reason for this. But there is other evidence!!! (Block 1) Other evidence includes: 1. Videos and photos from my games, going back 10 years. 2. EA files on my PC going back 10 years. 3. EA games on my Steam account, which includes Steam purchases of EA games. (Block 2) So you understand, the support chat asks me to provide them with the following information: my date of birth, what games I've purchased, when I last logged in, what EA services I've used, and what other shared accounts I have with other companies. I don't understand why Block 1 isn't enough to prove ownership of the disputed account? Why do I post on the forum, get blocked, banned, and write that I'm creating an unfriendly atmosphere. My inquiries about the text they found unfriendly have received no response. I view my ban as a tool of censorship used to punish undesirable and inconvenient users of EA Products. There have been no responses. It's up to the EA user community to judge. Please provide screenshots.Solved33Views0likes1CommentBattlefield 6 (Phantom Edition), but my EA
On December 2, 2025, I upgraded from the free version of Battlefield REDSEC (Restricted Conflict) on the Steam platform to the full version of Battlefield 6 (Phantom Edition), but my EA account still only shows the free Battlefield REDSEC license, resulting in the multiplayer mode of Battlefield 6 being locked. Please assist in updating my license to the full version of Battlefield 6. Thank you.97Views0likes1CommentEA hesabım ele geçirildi.
Konu hakkında yardımcı olabilir misiniz.52Views0likes1CommentMy email address linked to my EA account has been hacked.
Hello Recently, my EA account and the email address linked to it were stolen and the passwords were changed. Now I can't log into any games. When I contact support to recover my account, they keep giving me the same answers and offering no solutions. I answer all their questions correctly, but they say they can't prove the account belongs to me. Their only reason is that my date of birth is incorrect. I don't even know when I created the account, so I randomly entered my date of birth, making it impossible for me to remember. I'm doing everything else, but still no solution is offered. Please help, I'm about to lose my mind. I have all the invoices for the games I bought and all the linked accounts. I just can't log into my account because I entered my date of birth randomly, and I keep getting the same answers from the recovery team.67Views0likes1Comment
