Cannot Refund Dragon Age II via Refund Tool and No Support Available
Hello, I just purchased Dragon Age II: Ultimate Edition on the EA App and I would like to request a refund. However, it is simply unbelievable that your refund tool has been broken — my refund request keeps getting stuck on the final step and just keeps loading endlessly. On top of that, the report form does not even list Dragon Age II as an option, so I had no choice but to select Dragon Age: Inquisition instead. After writing the entire request carefully, I was then told that customer service does not handle this issue. I changed the issue category to “Purchase Problem” and submitted another case. The system showed me a page with a new case number and said that an advisor would contact me. However, when I check the “My Cases” section in my EA account, there is no new case at all — only my older, already-closed cases appear. So I’m not sure whether my new case was actually submitted. I’ve already tried several different VPNs, and it still gets stuck on the submission step. Every other website and service works perfectly fine for me — it’s only your refund tool that doesn’t work. The program won’t allow a refund, customer support is unreachable, the Dragon Age forums have no moderators responding, and the ticket I submitted doesn’t even appear in my case history, which means no one has contacted me to this day. So what am I supposed to do to get my refund? How can I request a refund for a game that your system won’t allow me to select, and a refund tool that won’t even submit the request? For reference: the actual game I need a refund for is Dragon Age II: Ultimate Edition, Order #1008226783083. I am fully eligible for a refund. Please help me complete this refund. My account was flagged for coin distribution but I didn’t do anything wrong , I sold a 89 overall Fred Werner for less than the max price and it sent me a notification saying that all my coins were taken away and I will no longer have ability to use auction house , I’ve made several cases and each time it does not direct me to customer support but it now says waiting for player but I cannot find an email anywhere from them. I was wondering if anyone within the community regarding moderation or staff could point me in the right direction. When filling out for the EA Creator Network I only see a few set list options. We are EA Tournament Organizers and have been organizing events for the past 5 months roughly. We've hosted for over 2,400 apex legend teams and have hosted over 100 days worth of events and practices for those who wish to participate in official circuits such as (ALGS) and etc. When applying for the creator network and submission at least to our knowledge did not see specific fill in boxes for "Other" category that was selected. We also had seen that the support a creator may of been declined. Hello, My EA account was hacked and my primary email address was changed by the attacker. Right now, I can only log in using my phone number, and I can access the account only through the web version. I cannot log in to the EA App on desktop because it only accepts email and password login. I’ve tried to contact live support, but I can’t reach them in any way. The contact form either gives me an error or doesn’t connect me to a live agent. When I try to change my primary email, the system says “your account has been deleted or doesn’t exist.” What’s strange is that I added my old primary email as my secondary email, and I actually received a verification code there, so the system still recognizes it — but I still can’t change my primary email address. EA Customer Support Has Been Extremely Frustrating I’ve never had such a difficult experience with a company before. All I wanted to do was re-link my EA account to my original PlayStation account after trying a different one — something that should be simple. The first support agent I spoke to never mentioned anything about a “Linking Pass” or any limitation that would prevent me from doing this (as clearly shown in the chat screenshot).
