Incredibly terrible service

I have sent a help case to find my missing DLC for Sims 4. I have had 13 (separate) emails giving me one way feedback. Everytime I reply I get a new email from a new person. No matter the troubleshoot option and my response, it’s always a new person and nothing has been resolved. I am incredibly unsatisfied with this result and I would like to speak with a representative directly.
