Is EA Help website broken?
I need help with recovering a deleted account so I went to EA help and answered whatever information it wanted to start a chat but it just kept going around in a loop, forcing me to complete all step...

I'm not sure how else I can explain this. Every time I try to submit a case. I am forced to complete the same prompts over and over again. It doesn't matter what browser I use, whether I am trying to create a case on my desktop or phone, or whether I'm logged in or not, it still will not let me create a case and instead will issue the same prompts in order over and over again, with no resolution. I will post screen shots of the order in which I receive the prompts.
I tried switching browsers, I tried creating a case on my phone but it doesn't seem to matter. I will post the screenshots of the prompts and the order in which they appear
