Is there any human support?

I'm having issues with battlefield 6 crashing on boot on my PC and I tried contacting support, I have secure boot and TPM and everything else already on, I only get a chat bot that just redirects me to the closest article possible with the issue I gave it. Now what is really upsetting is that the article it keeps giving me comes nowhere close to addressing my actual issue and there is NO option ANYWHERE to contact a living human being. Am I just missing something or is human support just non existent now? Because if this is the future of AI "support", we're all screwed.
