No one here can help you with this problem, you need to contact EA Support, only Support can resolve account issues.

• In "Search game or Topic" Search for "EA app".
• Click on "See all Help Topics"
• Click "I need help logging in to my EA Account"
• Click "Continue without logging in"
• Choose a contact option, preferable "Chat with us" 
  (EA help Guide.)

Do you get the option to insert your EA account credentials before you get the error message above, or does that error message appear right after you click to play the game?
