Linked Account?

Ever since getting my new laptop, I have tried to play the Sims 4. The problem EA says that there a linked account and I cannot open it . The only account should be under my own email. And whenever I try to re-sign in, it won’t send  the verification code. Please if someone can help please do! I have been trying for almost 2 years. I’m this close to giving up with ever playing the Sims.

    If you're not getting those verification emails and aren't able to update the account detail directly with the steps on this page, it would be best to get in touch with the support team directly. We are unable to make any of these changes via the forums.

    You should be able to create a new case here to get started with that process!
