Linked with wrong xbox account
I've had contact with live support who transferred the case to a higher level of help desk but the issue is still there. I was told they would grant an exception to relink the right xbox account but the support hasn't been of any help.
They keep asking me over and over what the issue is and I'm getting tired of explaining. It's all there in detail in the chat logs but it seems they don't read them and just mark the issue as resolved.
Can anyone help?
