Linking my ea account to psn

I went to go link my ea account to my psn and saw a random psn already linked. Once i unlinked the account and tried linking my actual account it was saying that i can only link one psn account to an ea accoung in its lifetime. But that psn it was linked to wasnt my account. If there is any way to fix this it would be greatly appreciated.

  • Hey lil_susgang,

Unfortunately if you look at our account unlinking article:

    • When you link accounts, it creates a lifetime link to protect you from malicious activity and help prevent performance issues in your games.

You can unlink your platform accounts from your EA Account if you want to link them to a different EA Account, as long as that EA Account has never had the same account type linked to it before in its lifetime.

That means if you unlink an Xbox gamertag from your EA Account, you can’t link a different Xbox gamertag to it in the future.

That said, if the linked account wasn't yours, I'd reach out to our live support team to see if they can make an exception for you.

so basicly it helps mailicious activity unless it happened before you had the chance to link your own?

have the same problem and as far as i understand from this you are saying that im f***ed since someone else in russia has control over the link between MY xbox and his own account?

and to add a bit more: i currently have 20 tabs open because im trying to find this mysterious "live support team", and it feels like im more close to find the lost city of atlantis then your imaginative support function...
