ive seem to be banned on my companion app and im confused as to why 

I NEED TO TALK TO SOMEONE ASAP!!!! SOMEONE CHANGED MY EMAIL AND I CAN'T CHANGE MY EMAIL BECAUSE I DONT KNOW WHOS EMAIL THIS IS AND I CANT UNLINK MY STUFF BECAUSE I DONT KNOW WHOS EMAIL THIS IS!

IS POGO EVERRRRRRRRR GOING TO FIX CHATS? They have been messed up for MONTHS now! Now most people can't chat at all in ANY chats!  Me included! some days it MAY let you say a word or two!  When we TRY and chat all we see is HASHTAGS!  ALSO,  IF someone happens to post a question in FORUMS we can NEVER find any response!  Most things INCLUDING chat issues say SOLVED!   When NOTHING in chat has been solved and it's only getting worse and worse every day!  We're ALL paying money to play there and chat with our friends!  My account was SUSPENDED for 7 DAYS for violations in CHAT that I didn't even commit!   Please get someone on this issue?
