Locked account and cant appeal or ask for help

My EA account was locked after i appealed a ban because i had been hacked, after a while they told me my apex account was unbanned, After they locked my account and then wouldnt allow me to get in contact in any way in the EA help website because the option to was not appearing on the website itself what can i do to fix that? It also doesnt appear anywhere  in my penalty history and it wont let me create a case either
