I can't reach out to EA Support. The chat option is gone. I've tried everything. The link you gave me shows up as a broken link. I tried to "resume case" and it just kicks me back to an article with no option to chat with support. I have all of the information they asked me for. I understand keeping accounts secure, but the advisor was awful to me. It's not like I was giving him a hard time. I gave him everything he asked for to the best of my ability. Now I'm out over a thousand dollars because nobody will help me.

I can't set up a help ticket. The option isn't there.
