I am having this exact issue with not being able to get a live chat with a support rep or create a support ticket. I've been going around in circles for going on 3 days now trying to gain access to my old disabled EA account i made several years ago. Further, the fact that EA allows their employees to be dismissive and rude to their customers in the way that I read in your replies to this person. Any company I've worked for would fire you in a heartbeat for speaking to paying customers like that, telling them what their responsibilities are and such.
It is your responsibility to share your customers concerns and solve their issues. Whether or not I ever get my issue resolved you can bet I'll NEVER purchase another EA title and I will be sure to pass everything I've seen and experienced from inaccessible support to dismissive rude staff to everyone I know and encourage my kids to play anything but EA games. Absolutely the worst company I've ever dealt with bar none.
