Lost access to my account

I recently lost access to my ea account that has my purchased eafc 25 , I tried logging in with my correct details and it keeps on saying invalid password and when I tried to reset it says the couldn't find my ea account.  I tried logging in with Google and it created a new account for me . I will attach proof of my eafc purchase to show that I bought the game
