lost my games

my solid state drive name changed then my game got uninstalled I tried clearing the cashe restarting the app and  changing the file to the new name of my solid state drive and it's still making me download my sims 4, star wars galaxy of heroes and battlefront 2 again I'm hoping my saves aren't too I backed them up I was waiting to see if they show up once I put them on my computer but then it made me reinstall the sims 4 again along with my other games and I'm still waiting for the sims 4 to install, I should've been able to repair my game to get the game back but now I have to change my plans on Wednesday just to wait all day for my game to install and all its dlc, then I gotta install the star wars games back as well its so upsetting cause I didn't know this would happen and would have sorted it out yesterday if i knew as my solid state drive is always telling me to repair it but this time it was serious as I lost all my games and I'm not happy about it, I shouldn't have to reinstall it should be there.

Hey Blackredminty what was the issue with your SSD?

Issues with hardware would be something that you would need to keep an eye on from your end and we are not able to assist with such issues outside of basic troubleshooting.

Hey Blackredminty were you able to get it sorted in the end?

Hardware issues like this can cause issues with installed files and require a reinstall.
