Message: Your Account has been restricted from accessing any online features.

This happened to me about 3 months ago and I somehow fixed it. I remember I spent a LOT of time with support. This is happening again. I cannot access the playstation network at all. 

Platform: PS4

Games: All, but I pretty much only play BF1. 

I do not have a mic, do not cheat, and my account is not banned. The message tells me to access EA support but there is nothing on there about this. Has anyone fixed the issue?

To add, I always figured it had something to do with the fact that in 2020 I created an EA account for a silly mobile game and I used the same email as my current account that is now restricted. I thought that straightened out last time this happened but clearly there is still an issue.

    Hey DankHaven1371​ what did our team say when you spoke with them? 

    Did they confirm that there was a ban on the account and it so did you appeal it?

    As we're on the forums the support we can directly offer is limited but if you can share some more info with us we can get you to the right place.
