My account has been baned
Dear EA Support Team,I previously filed an appeal for my permanent account ban, which was rejected. I earnestly request a fresh manual review of my case. When I got the ban notice, I was confused and could not identify the root cause, so my first appeal only covered my in‑game performance. Upon further investigation, I suspect background programs on my PC triggered this penalty. On August 6, 2026, I got disconnected mid‑Apex Legends ranked match and discovered my account was permanently banned. MuMu Simulator and BBChannel were running in the background. MuMu is an Android emulator for mobile‑only games. BBChannel is an FGO‑specific tool working only inside MuMu’s virtual environment. Neither can run Apex Legends. They cannot access, modify or interfere with Apex, and sat idle while I played.I later learned emulator virtualization drivers may trigger Easy Anti‑Cheat false detections. I had no prior knowledge that keeping the emulator open in the background could cause such software conflicts.I swear I never used any cheats. As a long‑time loyal player at account level 1021, I own 5 Heirlooms including 4 universal heirlooms. I have invested enormous time and money into this account and would never risk it with cheating. This ban should be a false positive caused by background‑software conflicts with EAC. Please examine my account and system logs to re‑evaluate this sanction.I have fully uninstalled these programs. Moving forward, I will make sure such software stays closed when launching Apex Legends.Thank you for your consideration.Best regards,Cai7i
