My account was stolen and banned
They stole my account while I was in the military and banned me in FC 25. I have no connection to the incident. My account was permanently banned because of this and I just recovered my stolen account. I sent an email but still no results. I need your help on this.

If you've already reached out to our terms of service team, then I can only recommend that you wait until you get a response. You can always check the status of your case here, just be careful not to continue it or you'll pull it out of the queue and have to wait all over again.
