My EA account will not connect to my playsation account
Hello. I have tired the case method already and it closed my case with nothing being done at all. I am just wanting to know why everything I try to connect my account it says there is a account already connect that I never connected. I have connect playsation and it is a EA made issue. Everything I try to connect my playsation it will say 69*****@disabled.ea.com. I would like to connect my account and play with friends because we all just bought three EA games and this leaves me unable to play them online

It looks like you're linked to a disabled EA account, which you can restore by resetting the password via the original email address.
