Need help with Password Reset

So I created an EA account with my main gmail 2 years ago to play PVZ Garden warfare 2 but it didnt work so I refunded the game. Recently I wanted to play Star Wars Battlefront 2 but I cannot login to my old account since its deactivated. But now it does not let me login or reset my password, and for some reason any email to my main gmail from EA does not appear. Any fixes? I never managed to link my phone number and I dont remember my EA ID.
