Need private support route for unknown EA account linked to Xbox.

My Xbox account is linked to an EA account I don’t recognize. Xbox Support confirmed that Microsoft cannot remove the connection because EA manages it.

EA chat said no further assistance was available, and resuming my case displays “This issue isn’t supported by advisors.”

Could a community manager identify the correct private support route for an account-security review? I can provide both support case numbers and Microsoft’s written confirmation privately.

    Hi there. Try these steps for opening a case with an advisor.

    1. Use the 'Contact us' button at the bottom of the account support page
    2. Enter "update account information" in the text box
    3. Type the name of the game you're trying to play
    4. Enter the platform you play on
    5. Click where it says "Did this fix your issue?"
    6. Choose No
    7. Click on the option for chat


    This will get a case open with an advisor so they can assist with this.
