Need to Unlink XBOX account

My Xbox is linked to an EA account that uses an email address I don’t have access to. The verification code is sent to that old email. I need to unlink my Xbox and link it to my own EA account. I can...

    Hey Salman_Osamah​,

    If you no longer have access to the email address associated with the EA account, you'll want to reach out to our support team directly so they can help update those account details. Please note that progress is stored at the EA account level, so unlinking would disconnect you from that progress and introduce risks of missing content. 

    That said, it'd be best to first try regaining access to the EA account you're currently linked to. The steps on this page would typically help you update that information, but in your case, please use the Contact Us button at the bottom of the page to get in touch with an advisor instead. Once your account ownership is verified, they should be able to work with you to get things updated from there.
