Sorry to hear the verification emails aren’t coming through.

Please try resending the code, then check the following:

• Make sure your inbox isn’t full.
• Check your spam, junk, and trash folders.
• Confirm you’re signing in to the correct EA Account, as the code may be going to a different email address.
• Add [email protected] to your safe senders list and make sure your email provider hasn’t blocked messages from EA.
• If you can find an older email from [email protected], open it and allow images to display, then request the code again.

If the codes still don’t arrive, scroll to the bottom of the guide and select Contact us so the support team can help you regain access or update the account information.

Please avoid creating or linking another EA Account in the meantime, as that may make the Game Pass linking issue more complicated.
