What troubleshooting can I do to unfreeze the game? My internet was fine 1gb virgin media connection full fibre recently been checked aswell still doesn't stop the game freezing every 2 minutes

It's definitely just EAFC 26 I play a few EA games and it's the only one that freezes nothing wrong with my network server I'll try clear the game cache if that's possible on ps5
