No Verification Emails?

I got a new computer and I'm trying to move my account over. I know my password and info since I use it often, but it's asking for an emailed code verification. The email is correct, but I haven't received any emails. I tried using EA help for it, but that also asked for verification even though it's already logged in.

I already found the discussion using the POGO thing and the picture said to click profile and then my EA account. I don't have the EA account option? My account is old but still used nearly every day, and I've gotten a new computer before and never had this issue. I don't know what else to try.

  • Go to Settings > Junk mail in your email account and add the following address as a safe sender: [email protected]

After doing this, emails from EA should come through successfully. It works for me.

    Hi dawestb,

If you’re not getting codes sent to your email, try resending the code. If that doesn’t work, make sure:

    • your inbox isn’t full
    • you checked the spam folder
    • you or your service provider haven’t blocked us
    • you’re logged in to the right EA Account.

If you’re logged in to a different EA Account, your codes might go to the wrong email.

If you’re still not getting your codes, look for a past email from [email protected] and allow images to be displayed. Then, resend the code.If you can’t access or remember the email address you used to make your EA Account, try these account recovery steps.

It's broken. https://signin.ea.com/p/juno/resetPassword does not send verification emails to Mailfence or Google Mail. The login/execute URL does correctly send verification emails, which is why I'm able to log in and post this. The verification email sent from EA's help center also works. EA needs to fix things on their end, and probably clean up their code so it works the same from each of their URLs.

Then again, maybe it's because the emails from resetPassword are coming from a different email address (they still need to fix their code). Their support doesn't know what that email address is, so I can't verify that. I'm unable to create new accounts for my children to play any EA games.
