Old ea account hacked

An ea account ive had for 15 years or so has been hacked at some point in the last few years

There's never been card details on it nor have I purchased anything from it

The email used to create it has been out of action for 10 years or so but ime sure I swapped it to my current email

The online chat refuse to do anything even tho they admit ive been hacked

I use ea play from having gamepass but my activity on my xbox with a linked hacked ea account means nothing.

I cant deal with these cheap call center  bots who take 10 minutes to reply and just leave the chat anymore

Any advise?
